Last Updated: Sep 07, 2016 04:29PM CEST

Check the Troubleshooting Guides in the RealmEye Wiki: [here].

If you are playing on your browser:

Flush your DNS:

  1. Hit Windows + R and type CMD in the run box that appears and hit enter.
  2. In the black box type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter, you can copy and paste everything in between the quotes.

Clear Your Browser Cache:

Depending on your browser, check out the steps on this WikiHow: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache

If you are playing on Steam:

Flush your DNS:

  1. Hit Windows + R and type CMD in the run box that appears and hit enter.
  2. In the black box type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter, you can copy and paste everything in between the quotes.

Try verifying your cache (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335) and please also make sure your Graphics Card Driver is up to date. You can do so by running a DxDiag. An uninstall/reinstall may also help.

Windows Explorer:

If you move in one direction, even though you did not press the key to move in that direction:

  • Please reload the game, or try a different browser.

Chrome:

The inter-player trade may not work due to an obscure error that causes flash to lose its focus during the interaction:

  • Please reload the game, or try a different browser.

If you are experiencing lag:

  • Go to “chrome://plugins/”.
  • Find Adobe Flash Player.
  • There should be two files. Look in the location of the two files and disable the one for Pepperflash. It should look something like this:
    • Applications/Google Chrome.app/Contents/Versions/31.0.1650.57/Google Chrome Framework.framework/Internet Plug-Ins/PepperFlash/PepperFlashPlayer.plugin

*Make sure you only disable PepperFlash and not the entire Adobe Flash Player plugin

Firefox and Safari:
If you are experiencing lag:

  • Please reload the game, or try a different browser. If the issue persist, you might be having connection issues.

If you get the error “Load Error, Retrying”:

  • Make sure that your clock is set to the correct time.
